This Privacy Policy explains how Piltzintec Labs LLC ("Piltzintec," "we," "us") handles information in connection with our mobile applications, including Rip Daily (the "Apps") and our website at piltzintec.com (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or other directly identifying information inside our Apps.

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and we use it only to respond to you.

Information collected by third-party services

Our Apps use third-party services that may collect information automatically from your device. These services process information under their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob: shows ads in our Apps. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location, device and app information, and how you interact with ads. This is used to deliver, measure, and (where permitted) personalize ads, and to prevent fraud. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
• Google Play Services: used to distribute our Apps and support their basic functions. See the Google Privacy Policy.

Advertising choices

• If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our Apps will ask for your consent before ads are personalized. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy settings in the App.
• On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device settings under Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact path varies by device).
• You can manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

How we use information

Information collected through the Services is used to operate and improve the Apps, show ads that support keeping them free, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to your requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Our website

Our website does not use cookies or analytics. Our hosting provider (Google Firebase) may log basic technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Children's privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention and security

We keep support emails only as long as needed to resolve your request and meet legal or accounting requirements. Third-party services retain data according to their own policies. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, California or the European Economic Area), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. For data held by Google, you can also use the tools at myaccount.google.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
